Director of Business Systems

I lead several cross-functional initiatives at Jane, including our Business Intelligence / Data & Analytics function. As part of this, we're hiring a Director of Business Systems to own the configuration, integration, and stewardship of the systems and tools Jane runs on, and to make sure those choices serve a coherent, well-instrumented data architecture rather than working against it. Today, Jane's tools are mostly configured by functional admins doing their best within their own domains. That gets us partway, but it also means we don't have a central view of what we're buying, how the tools fit together, where they overlap, or how a configuration decision in one system silently breaks something three steps downstream. As Jane scales, and as data, automation, and AI become more central to how we operate, we need a leader who can bring rigor, requirements, and a systems-thinking lens to the full Business Systems landscape.
