Director of Business Process Excellence

This role is a strategic and hands-on opportunity to transform how work moves across a growing, technology-enabled organization. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will shape enterprise process architecture, standards, and governance while personally leading high-impact improvement initiatives. You will work across Go-To-Market, Operations, Field Services, Product, and Technology to uncover friction, eliminate rework, and improve cost, speed, and service quality. The position combines systems thinking, data-driven analysis, process engineering, and executive-level influence without direct line authority. You will redesign complex value streams, translate optimized workflows into business and technology requirements, and help teams adopt sustainable continuous-improvement practices.
