Corporate Secretary based in United States. This is a senior legal leadership role focused on complex, high-impact strategic transactions across global markets.You will lead the legal execution of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and other transformational deals.The role combines strategic counsel with hands-on transaction leadership across the full M&A lifecycle, from evaluation through integration.You will work closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.Success requires strong judgment, sophisticated risk management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and commercial considerations.You will also contribute to corporate governance, entity management, and the continuous improvement of M&A processes and capabilities.This fully remote opportunity offers significant autonomy, executive exposure, and the chance to influence long-term growth in a purpose-driven global environment.
