The Director, Marketing Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, technology adoption, and data governance to enable marketing strategies that deliver growth, ROI, and exceptional customer experiences. This role partners closely with the CMO and senior leadership to align marketing operations with corporate objectives and ensure measurable impact on revenue and retention.

This position reports to the VP, GTM Operations and may consist of approximately 2-5 individuals and is expected to expand.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Results Execution 

  • Own the marketing technology ecosystem—including CRM, automation, attribution, and analytics platforms—to deliver large‑scale, aligned business outcomes.
