Director, Marketing Data & Analytics

This is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming marketing data into better decisions, smarter investments, and measurable business growth.You will define the vision for marketing measurement and insights across the full customer funnel.The role combines performance analytics, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, data governance, and executive-level storytelling.You will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, and Product.Your work will establish trusted analytics products and self-service capabilities that make performance and opportunities visible across the organization.You will also advance modern approaches such as incrementality and agentic analytics to improve the quality and speed of decision-making.This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded analytics leader who combines technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership.
