Director, Marketing AI & Automation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Marketing AI & Automation based in the United States. This senior leadership role will shape and scale the use of AI across a complex marketing organization.You will own the Marketing AI roadmap, from identifying high-value opportunities through production and operational handoff.The role combines strategic planning, technical platform leadership, governance, measurement, and organizational change.You will build the infrastructure, processes, and partnerships needed to turn AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.You will also establish governance frameworks covering brand, legal, privacy, and responsible AI considerations.As a people leader, you will build a multidisciplinary team spanning strategic, technical, and operational capabilities.This is a remote opportunity with broad organizational visibility and significant influence across marketing functions.
