Director, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy

Our partner is looking for a Director, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy based in the United States. This role will lead U.S. market access, coverage, and reimbursement strategy for an innovative medical device portfolio focused on chronic neurological conditions. You will own a reimbursement support program designed to help patients and providers navigate the journey from prior authorization through payment. The position combines payer strategy, reimbursement expertise, evidence communication, and value-based contracting to strengthen access to advanced therapies. You will work closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Finance while engaging directly with payers, providers, professional societies, and policy stakeholders. This is a high-visibility leadership position with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You will also help build the market access function and shape strategies that support long-term commercial growth.
