Director, License Assurance

The Role: The Director, License Assurance will lead Apryse's global license audit function into a proactive, cross-product compliance program. This role will report to the Vice President of License Management and manage the team, operating model, audit processes, system requirements, and performance accountability, with a focus on establishing a scalable, data-driven program that systematically covers Apryse's eligible existing-customer base and delivers measurable business outcomes. The Director will oversee reviews of customer software usage against contractual entitlements, including licensed volume commitments, permitted use cases, deployment and redistribution rights, royalty obligations, and reporting requirements. The team will document findings and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve identified licensing gaps. This role will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Finance, Legal, Product, and data teams to develop clear processes, reliable systems and reporting, and effective handoffs.
