Director, Growth Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Growth Operations based in the United States. As Director of Growth Operations, you will sit at the center of a high-scale growth engine, connecting strategy, analytics, campaign execution, and operational excellence. You will oversee millions of monthly marketing touchpoints across email, direct mail, and SMS. The role combines demand forecasting and capacity planning with the development of standardized operating processes that enable sustainable growth. You will partner closely with Finance, Growth, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, and other cross-functional leaders. You will also lead a talented operations team while optimizing vendors, infrastructure, costs, and campaign quality.
