This is a high-impact, hands-on finance leadership role responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of accounting operations and financial reporting.You will own the general ledger, month-end close, revenue recognition, audit readiness, and core financial controls.The role is particularly suited to a finance leader who thrives in a fast-growing healthcare environment and enjoys building structure while staying close to the work.You will help strengthen reporting, analytics, forecasting, and financial processes to support informed business decisions.Working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.You will also have the opportunity to build and mentor an accounting function as the organization and transaction volume expand.The position is fully remote, with limited travel for team meetings and company events.
