We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Initiatives & Enablement, to lead change management across employee-impacting initiatives and help our people understand, adopt, and sustain changes that improve how we work. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will connect enterprise priorities with the planning, communication, training, and follow-through needed to make employee-impacting initiatives successful. Your focus will be on internally facing change across technology, operations, policies, and ways of working, including initiatives with broader business implications.
