The Director, Employee Relations leads the strategy, design, and execution of employee relations programs that foster a fair, respectful, and high performing workplace. Β The role ensures Β consistent handling of workplace concerns, investigations, performance management practices, and policy application while balancing business needs with employee experience. Β The Director partners closely with People Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders across Aledade. Β
