Our Editorial team shapes the voice of Pinterest for hundreds of millions of Pinners around the world. As a Director, Editorial Monetization you’ll lead a global editorial monetization group that turns cultural trends and data-driven insights into inspiring, best-in-class editorial content experiences for advertisers across the platform. You’ll set the bar for brand creative excellence, foster an inclusive and innovative culture and work cross-functionally to bring trend-led storytelling to life at global scale.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Set and communicate the Global strategy for Editorial Monetization (both on and off platform).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver against revenue goals in monetizable markets.
  • Be accountable for the global performance and results of the editorial sponsorships initiative in partnership with GSO and Product.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of business needs and industry trends to anticipate and build new editorial sponsorship initiatives 24-36 months out.
  • Collaborate with Global Head of Editorial Content, Editorial Programing and GSO teams to build out workflows against the editorial sponsorships/Ad sales program and roll out new Ad Packages. 
  • Create systems that reinforce a culture of accountability, h
