Director, Digital Experience

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the digital experience across a large-scale, global web ecosystem.You will define experience strategy, customer journeys, interaction models, navigation, and digital standards across multiple properties.The role connects user research, content structure, design systems, analytics, experimentation, and business strategy.You will partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to turn customer insights and performance data into measurable business outcomes.As a player-coach, you will develop a high-performing team while coordinating agencies, contractors, and strategic partners.You will also help modernize digital operations through scalable platforms, experimentation, accessibility, localization, and AI-enabled workflows.This remote role is designed for an experienced digital leader who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys building systems that scale.
