Director, Data Analytics

The Director, Data Analytics will lead commercial data strategy, performance analytics, reporting, and insight generation within a dynamic, purpose-driven biotechnology environment focused on advancing cancer treatment. Acting as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, this individual will transform complex pharmaceutical data into actionable insights that inform business strategy and commercial decisions. The role combines deep expertise in patient-level claims analytics with strong commercial judgment, analytical curiosity, and cross-functional leadership. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and IT/Data Management, the Director will uncover performance drivers, evaluate treatment adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.
