Director, CRO & Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, CRO & Analytics based in Canada. This role leads a conversion rate optimization practice with a strong focus on data, experimentation, and behavioral science.You will translate quantitative and qualitative insights into revenue-driving improvements across Shopify ecommerce experiences.The position combines client strategy, analytics, statistical modeling, experimentation, personalization, and performance reporting.You will work with DTC and omnichannel brands, partnering closely with UX, Design, Development, and other specialists.A major focus is building reliable analytics foundations and turning funnel, cohort, and segmentation data into actionable priorities.You will also help evolve CRO through AI-enabled experimentation and real-time personalization.The role offers broad ownership across strategy, execution, client relationships, and the continuous improvement of CRO practices.
