Director – Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance

Our partner is looking for a Director – Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance based in United States. This is a senior operating leadership role responsible for overseeing contracts, procurement, certifications, and risk and compliance activities.Reporting directly to the President, you will coordinate a specialized contractor team and ensure requests are handled efficiently from intake through resolution.You’ll serve as a central escalation point for clients, internal stakeholders, and complex operational matters.The role combines hands-on operational leadership with governance, compliance oversight, and strategic risk management.You’ll maintain critical certifications, support government-contract compliance, and ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.Success requires strong judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to recognize when matters require legal or executive involvement.This remote position offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen a critical business function within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
