Director, Compensation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Compensation based in Canada. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping global compensation strategy across a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. You will lead the evolution of bonus, long-term incentive, and equity programs while ensuring they remain competitive, motivating, and aligned with business performance. The role combines strategic compensation design with financial modeling, technology, automation, and employee experience. You will build tools and frameworks that give leaders, managers, and employees greater visibility and confidence around compensation decisions. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership, you will influence programs with organization-wide impact.
