Director, Commercial Project Management

This is a senior commercial operations role focused on driving cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution across global commercialization priorities. You will serve as a key project management partner to commercial, medical, market access, and other cross-functional leaders within an assigned disease area. The role brings structure and execution discipline to complex initiatives in a fast-growing, build-while-scaling environment. You will oversee strategic priorities, launch readiness activities, governance processes, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. The position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to strengthen commercialization capabilities, tools, and ways of working. As the function develops, the role may also expand into people leadership responsibilities.
