Director, Client Journey, Growth & Modernization

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Journey, Growth & Modernization based in Canada. This senior leadership role owns the end-to-end client journey and growth outcomes for a digital investing business.You will shape how clients acquire, onboard, engage, receive service, and deepen their relationships through seamless digital experiences.The role combines client journey transformation, modernization, digital and AI enablement, process simplification, and organizational readiness.You will align Product, UX/CX, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Data & Analytics, Risk, and other enterprise teams around measurable outcomes.You will also lead client care, trading and support, and digital advice capabilities while influencing the teams responsible for delivery platforms.Success requires balancing strategic vision with disciplined portfolio execution, investment prioritization, benefit realization, and strong people leadership.This is an opportunity to lead complex transformation initiatives in a highly collaborative, matrixed financial services environment.
