We’ve built one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S. Now we’re scaling our next growth engine: turning our Rx + Supplements business into a high-performing Care + Commerce experience. This role owns how our categories grow. WHAT YOU’LL OWN 📈 You are the category operator — responsible for both: - Category-level growth (e.g., Weight, Skin, Longevity) - Product-level performance within those categories Core levers: - Pricing — optimize for conversion, margin, and LTV - Promotions — offers, bundles, lifecycle triggers - Placement — site, CRM, and clinical surfaces - Packaging — how products are merchandised and sold You’ll drive: - Conversion, AOV, attach rat
