Director, Capital Project Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Capital Project Management based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on the delivery of strategic, high-value capital investments across a global manufacturing and supply network. The role oversees major projects from early planning and investment approval through construction, commissioning, qualification, start-up, and transition to operations. You will shape technical solutions, establish project structures, coordinate resources, and drive strong governance across complex initiatives. Working with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure projects align with business objectives, quality expectations, and delivery commitments. The position also contributes to global standards, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring relocation to the active project site and travel based on business needs.
