Director, Agentic AI and Clinical Trial Platforms

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping the next generation of AI-enabled clinical trial platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization spanning AI engineering, data science, software engineering, and platform engineering. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of cloud-based AI and agentic systems. You will translate clinical, product, and business needs into scalable, secure, production-ready capabilities. Your work will help accelerate clinical research workflows, improve data quality, and enable smarter decision-making across clinical studies. You will partner closely with executive, technical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
