Director, Affiliate Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Affiliate Marketing based in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own and scale a major customer acquisition channel across regulated markets.You will shape affiliate strategy, partner economics, technology, attribution, and operational governance while driving sustainable growth.The role combines commercial ownership with data-driven decision-making, technical expertise, and strategic partner management.You will work closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Business Intelligence, and MarTech teams.A key focus will be optimizing mobile acquisition, attribution, app conversion, and partner-level lifetime value.You will also lead and develop an affiliate team while managing external network and strategic partner relationships.The ideal candidate is a commercially minded affiliate leader who thrives in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
