The Director, Acquisition will lead the strategy and growth of Meta and TikTok as key paid social acquisition channels.This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and customer economics.You will own large-scale media investments, guiding agency partners and media buyers toward efficient and sustainable growth.A major focus will be building rapid, data-driven creative feedback loops that continually improve performance and combat ad fatigue.You will partner closely with Retention, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition strategies with high-LTV customer cohorts.The role requires deep expertise in paid social, attribution, and DTC/CPG economics, combined with a strong builder's mindset.This is a high-visibility, high-accountability opportunity within a fast-growing, remote-first environment where your decisions can directly shape business growth.
