This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director based in India. This is a senior leadership opportunity to serve as the most senior India-based leader for a global, fully remote organization.You will combine statutory Board Director responsibilities with ownership of the local business and operating environment.The role sits at the intersection of global strategy, India operations, governance, finance, compliance, and people leadership.You will act as a trusted bridge between India-based teams and global executives, ensuring priorities are translated effectively into local execution.A major focus will be establishing strong governance, operational discipline, risk management, and a high-performance culture.You will also oversee critical legal, tax, audit, regulatory, and employment matters for the India entity.This is a formative role suited to an experienced country, site, GM, or operations leader who enjoys building scalable foundations in a complex global environment.
