DevOps Engineering Manager

ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a DevOps Engineering Manager in Buenos Aires and Cordoba City (Argentina) ABOUT CLIENT Our client is a large enterprise organization in the US healthcare space. The company operates in a highly regulated environment and relies on robust application delivery processes, modern CI/CD tooling, and strong governance practices to support large-scale engineering operations. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a technically grounded Engineering Manager with a strong background in CI/CD and SDLC tooling to lead a distributed DevOps Tooling team. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be responsible for team coordination, delivery management, and stakeholder communication, while staying close to the technical work — reviewing pipeline architecture, guiding engineers, and unblocking the team. The team focuses on application-side DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, and engineering governance. This role does not cover infrastructure or networking.
