Device Management Engineer – Cloud Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Device Management Engineer – Cloud Services based in Brazil. This is a hands-on endpoint management role focused on keeping Windows device fleets secure, healthy, and operational across demanding retail environments.You will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, maintaining, and remediating Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices at scale.The role combines Microsoft Intune administration, PowerShell automation, application deployment, patch management, and OS-level troubleshooting.You will investigate complex deployment and communication issues and help ensure devices remain available for mission-critical business operations.The position requires strong ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently when resolving high-impact technical problems.You will collaborate across support teams while communicating technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Because device availability is critical to daily operations, the role includes shifted schedules providing U.S. overnight and early-morning business coverage.
