Developer Support Engineer

As a Developer Support Engineer, you’ll provide advanced technical support for complex backend, integration, database, and configuration issues across cloud and self-hosted environments.You’ll investigate challenging technical problems using logs, SQL queries, APIs, scripts, and system diagnostics.The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with close collaboration across Support, Engineering, and Product teams.You’ll help customers resolve high-impact issues while identifying defects, developing workarounds, and improving technical documentation.You’ll work with distributed applications, REST APIs, Linux environments, networking, and Kubernetes in a technically sophisticated setting.The position offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to influence product quality and strengthen internal technical knowledge.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced support engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and making systems work reliably at scale.
