Developer Success Engineer

Developer Success Engineering at Inngest is a unique combination between hands-on engineering, problem-solving and human connection. Inngest builds novel infrastructure for AI-first companies, which means we’re creating first-of-its-kind solutions. And as an infrastructure company, helping the developers that use us to succeed is mission critical. As a Developer Success Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our product and the people who use it. You’ll work directly with developers: helping plan their architecture, solving problems, debugging issues, offering guidance, and ensuring they get the most out of Inngest. Just as importantly, you’ll feed those learnings back into the product — helping us refine docs, shape features, and eliminate friction wherever possible. This is an engineering role at its core, but much of your day will involve supporting developers and troubleshooting issues. We want you to have the autonomy to make this role your own while ensuring our users get the support they need.
