Developer Advocate, Developer Experience

About the Team The Developer Experience team is a new group at OpenAI with a singular focus: making developers successful. Our mission is to empower every developer and startup on the planet to build on the OpenAI platform, providing them with the most delightful developer experience to seamlessly integrate AI into their apps and products. We are dedicated to ensuring that developers have the tools, resources, and support they need to unlock the full potential of AI in their projects. The Developer Experience team partners very closely with the product and engineering teams building the OpenAI API, all GTM functions, as well as research and leadership. Across all product lines, we ensure that these powerful tools are used responsibly. This is a key part of OpenAI’s path towards safely deploying broadly beneficial Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Safety is more important to us than unfettered growth.
