Desenvolvedor(a) Back-end Especialista

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Back-end Especialista based in Brazil. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on the stability, resilience, and continuous evolution of a high-volume SaaS platform. You will act as a key technical reference for backend operations, supporting complex production incidents and driving improvements that reduce downtime and MTTR. The role combines hands-on development with architecture modernization, automation, observability, and operational excellence. You will work closely with development, SRE, product, and customer operations teams to solve complex technical challenges. A major focus will be reducing technical debt and operational toil while improving platform performance and reliability. You will also mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and help shape scalable solutions in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
