Deployment Strategist (Japanese-Speaking) – Private Sector/Financial Services

Operating beyond the scope of conventional services or solutions engineering, Deployment Strategists function as embedded technical advisors. You will manage the entire spectrum of customer outcomes, initiating with deep discovery and investigative work and culminating in the design, integration, deployment, and long-term enablement of the customer. This position sits at the intersection of analytical rigor, financial services expertise, and strategic customer partnership. You will engage directly with banks and other financial institutions to understand their operational goals, risk requirements, investigative needs, and compliance challenges, developing bespoke workflows that allow organizations to leverage Chainalysis independently. Your impact hinges on strong investigative instincts, technical proficiency, an understanding of financial crime and compliance within banking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
