This is a senior delivery leadership role focused on connecting strategic priorities with effective execution across multiple initiatives and squads.You will own end-to-end governance of complex roadmaps, ensuring visibility into timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.The role combines project governance, resource and capability planning, agile leadership, and operational excellence.You will work closely with technical leaders, product teams, and senior stakeholders to structure teams and enable successful delivery.Data-driven metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD will guide continuous improvement initiatives.You will also facilitate strategic planning and agile ceremonies, helping teams increase maturity, productivity, and predictability.This is an opportunity to influence how large-scale digital initiatives are organized, delivered, and continuously improved in a fully remote environment.
