Delivery Director

ROLE: DELIVERY DIRECTOR Telus Digital, Salesforce Practice is on the lookout for a Director of Delivery who can help our fast-expanding Delivery team to empower our clients through a digital transformation leveraging Salesforce. As a Delivery Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our delivery teams are executing to the Salesforce methodology set by the COEs, monitor project health and quality, help drive our growth of customer relationships, action client escalations and participate in key accounts. You will report to the Delivery Lead in given Practice, have a team of project managers with a dotted line responsibility to the solution team. In the role, you will also focus on driving the delivery every day; serving as the face of delivery both internally and externally for Salesforce. *We are looking for Delivery Leaders with various degrees of experience at this time.
