Delivery/DevOps Agile Lead

This is a senior delivery leadership role focused on improving how cross-functional engineering teams plan, build, release, and operate software.You will combine Agile leadership, DevOps expertise, and hands-on software engineering knowledge to create more predictable and efficient delivery.The role offers significant influence over team structures, delivery models, technical execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.You will use delivery metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve engineering productivity.Working closely with engineering, product, technology, and business stakeholders, you will align priorities and drive successful outcomes.You will also communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership through clear reporting and executive presentations.The position is remote and suited to a pragmatic leader who can balance technical depth, business priorities, and people-focused delivery.
