This role offers the opportunity to provide expert-level, customer-facing support across complex cloud network environments.You will take ownership of critical networking systems, troubleshooting incidents and driving resolution within defined service levels.The position combines hands-on engineering with network security, virtualization, monitoring, documentation, and change management.You will work across enterprise-scale, highly available infrastructure supporting mission-critical customer environments.The role also provides opportunities to collaborate with architects, deployment engineers, service teams, and customers on complex network designs.Success requires strong technical judgment, independent ownership, and the ability to communicate sophisticated solutions clearly.You will also contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening documentation, processes, reliability, and technical capabilities.
