Debt Management Analyst Senior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Debt Management Analyst Senior based in the United States. As a Debt Management Analyst Senior, you’ll support complex financing activities and oversee the ongoing compliance and reporting of a significant debt portfolio. You’ll contribute to taxable and tax-exempt debt issuance, financing negotiations, and the preparation of materials for senior leadership. The role combines financial analysis, debt compliance, forecasting, reporting, and strategic evaluation of financing alternatives. You’ll work closely with Treasury stakeholders while interpreting financial and legal documentation and ensuring critical obligations are met. Your analysis will help guide decisions involving debt structures, leases, intercompany loans, and joint venture financing. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or holiday work.
