Job title: Deal Origination Analyst — Broker & Owner Sourcing Location: 100% remote; candidates must be based in the United States or Canada and available during North American business hours Employment: Full-time Salary: US$70,000–$85,000 base salary, plus an annual performance bonus of up to US$15,000, depending on ability and experience. Everis is hiring an early-career analyst to build the pipeline of businesses we may acquire. You will research markets and companies, build relationships with brokers, contact owners, qualify opportunities, do initial analysis, and hand the strongest deals to our acquisition team with clear notes. This is a sourcing and relationship role, not a traditional investment-banking role. Your main responsibility is high-quality deal flow. You will see evaluation, diligence, and transactions, but the deal team owns complex modelling, diligence, negotiation, and execution.
