Deal Desk Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist I based in the United States. This is a remote, full-time opportunity supporting the operational execution of sales deals from quote creation through contract processing and documentation. You will use Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and other business systems to ensure deal information is accurate, complete, and aligned with established policies. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk colleagues, you will help resolve questions and keep transactions moving efficiently. The role offers an opportunity to develop expertise across core Deal Desk processes while gradually taking ownership of more complex deal scenarios. You will also contribute to process improvements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency.
