Deal Desk Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator based in Brazil. This is a high-impact operational role within a global Deal Desk function supporting complex enterprise sales and procurement processes.You’ll own submissions from initial intake through final upload, keeping multiple bids, portals, stakeholders, and deadlines moving in parallel.Your work will help ensure that customer-facing materials are accurate, compliant, consistent, and delivered on time.You’ll coordinate closely with teams including Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance to validate critical information.The role also offers the opportunity to build smarter workflows using AI for intake, routing, tracking, quality assurance, and knowledge management.You’ll join a small, detail-focused team where ownership, judgment, precision, and speed are highly valued.The environment is fully distributed, async-first, and fast-paced, with no on-call or weekend expectations.
