Database Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Database Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking) based in India. As a Database Support Engineer, you will help developers resolve complex technical challenges and build reliable applications on a modern cloud development platform. You will investigate advanced issues across PostgreSQL, authentication, storage, real-time systems, edge functions, and client libraries. The role combines deep database expertise with consultative customer support and close collaboration with engineering teams. You will turn incomplete issue reports into actionable investigations, reproduce difficult bugs, and identify practical solutions. Your insights will also help improve documentation, tooling, product quality, and the overall developer experience. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role suited to an experienced technical professional who can communicate fluently in both Japanese and English.
