Database Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Database Administrator based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting mission-critical Oracle database environments for a U.S.-based client in the pharmaceutical industry.The role focuses on production database administration, performance, reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.You’ll work hands-on with Oracle 12c–19c while contributing to upgrades, migrations, ETL processes, and database optimization.The position also provides exposure to PostgreSQL and MongoDB within a distributed international technical environment.You’ll collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve complex database challenges and maintain reliable systems.This role is well suited to an experienced DBA who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and independent execution.It offers the opportunity to work on long-term projects while supporting highly important systems from anywhere in Latin America.
