The Data Licensing & Operations Manager will own the end-to-end operational management of a complex third-party data portfolio.This highly independent role combines data procurement, licensing administration, vendor management, and operational project leadership.You will partner closely with business, technology, legal, finance, and analytics stakeholders to translate data needs into effective sourcing strategies.The role plays a critical part in ensuring external data assets are cost-effective, properly licensed, compliant, and accessible to the teams that rely on them.You will manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, usage rights, reporting obligations, and portfolio optimization initiatives.The position offers an opportunity to improve data governance and build scalable processes in a data-driven healthcare environment.Success requires strong ownership, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
