Data Engineer Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Engineer Lead based in Brazil. This is a technical leadership role responsible for building and evolving end-to-end data platforms that power business intelligence and analytics.You will own the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through curated datasets and Power BI semantic models.The role combines hands-on data engineering with architectural thinking, technical leadership, data governance, and performance optimization.You will work across cloud data platforms, ERP and CRM integrations, analytics systems, and modern data architecture patterns.A key focus will be ensuring data quality, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency across the platform.You will also guide fellow engineers, establish delivery standards, and ensure critical pipeline SLAs are consistently met.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior data professional who wants to combine deep technical expertise with meaningful leadership and business impact.
