HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As an Onboarding Consultant you will drive the success of Planday by leading new customers through a comprehensive onboarding journey, tailored to their specific business size and needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the platform and a consultative approach to customer service. Your ability to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience will be key to maximizing customer satisfaction and driving long-term adoption of Planday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for customers of all sizes, following Planday’s onboarding playbook and best practices.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely delivery, clear expectation setting, and strong adoption.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and long-term success.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure customers go live successfully and on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes and systems.
- Continuously develop product, market, and industry knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Planday’s values, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills across multiple customer journeys.
- Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with an open mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- High professionalism, integrity, and collaborative spirit.
- Danish speaking is essential for this role.
