Higharc is seeking a hands-on Customer Training Lead to own our interactive customer training across virtual and in-person formats. As we invest more heavily in customer enablement, this role will report to the Director of Training and Support and work closely with our Training Content Lead and internal subject matter experts to make sure every customer gets the most out of the Higharc platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll be the face of training for our customers, whether that's leading a hands-on session at a builder's office or running a virtual walkthrough for a distributed team.
