Customer Tax Account Specialist

This role provides specialized Canadian payroll tax support to a portfolio of customers, combining technical expertise with customer-facing service.You will manage daily tax cases, research complex payroll questions, and help customers navigate federal, provincial, and territorial requirements.The position covers payroll tax remittances as well as critical year-end activities, including T4, T4A, and Relevé 1 and 2 processing.You will build trusted customer relationships, lead calls when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising accuracy.You will work in a structured, service-oriented environment where regulatory knowledge and continuous process improvement are highly valued.The role offers an opportunity to apply your Canadian payroll tax expertise while directly contributing to reliable and compliant customer operations.
