Customer Tax Account Specialist

This role provides specialized Canadian payroll tax services and customer support to a dedicated portfolio of customers.You will manage daily casework, research complex payroll tax questions, and provide practical guidance tailored to customer needs.The position includes responsibility for tax remittances and year-end processing, including T4, T4A, Relevé 1, and Relevé 2 activities.You will build ongoing customer relationships, lead customer calls, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex requests.Success requires strong knowledge of Canadian multi-jurisdiction payroll tax requirements and exceptional attention to accuracy and deadlines.You will work in a structured, service-focused environment where regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are highly valued.This is an opportunity to apply your payroll tax expertise while helping customers maintain compliant, accurate, and reliable payroll operations.
