Customer Support Specialist, Infinity

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, Infinity based in United States. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of 20 to 40 clients across the United States and Canada. You will provide timely, accurate, and professional support while troubleshooting technical issues and helping users make the most of a highly customizable software platform. The role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, product knowledge, and ongoing client education. You will manage support requests across phone, chat, and email while collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts on complex issues. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, product feedback, and continuous improvements to support processes.
